Restore the building’s prestige by creating an intimate, harmonious, timeless and reassuring atmosphere.
From concept to implementation
- Eliminating dated elements to introduce a sense of timelessness. Highlighting the character of the building by enhancing the existing material.
- Combining travertine with another material to make it stand out. The use of oak creates an intimate setting that personalises the spaces, including in terms of sound. The oak grain was chosen for its straight lines, which create a vertical and graphic effect.
- Careful selection of a palette of colours and materials to create a discreet, refined harmony and reinforce the elegant character of the communal areas of this address.
- Adding an institutional and reassuring touch by choosing lighting fixtures with a classic aesthetic.
- Affirming the identity of the premises with clear, graphic signage.
